1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately at insiya0315husain@gmail.com with your order number.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
After Shipment
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or opened skincare/makeup products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- In case of prepaid orders, bank processing times may vary.
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order.
